Magnit Launches Robust VMS Integration with ServiceNow

Magnit IO simplifies data integration between Magnit VMS and its clients, driving program efficiency and ensuring clients have access to the best contingent workforce supporting their business. 

The Magnit IO platform is built for both physical as well as functional scalability, allowing for rapid deployment and expansion to meet our clients’ needs. Magnit IO currently supports over 1,800 active integrations for more than 340+ customers across the globe. Magnit averages 20 new integrations per month and continues to expand our offerings and technical partnerships for direct integrations to third-party systems. As of March 2023, Magnit has completed a new productized integrated offering with ServiceNow.

Through this integration, Magnit and ServiceNow can offer companies an innovative offering for managing their contingent workforce. The combination of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery and Enterprise Onboarding capabilities with Magnit’s best-in-class contingent workforce management solutions, provides customers a single, simplified, and optimized solution for their manager’s and contingent worker’s experience. Specifically, related to worker onboarding for joint customers, this new solution combines the robust capabilities from both systems to provide customers with a more flexible experience. 

This integration complements ServiceNow’s existing offerings by: 

• Syncing contingent worker data and extended workforce details directly from the Magnit Platform, helping ensure managers always have a clear and comprehensive view of their workers
  
• Activating worker onboarding tasks within ServiceNow when worker profiles are updated or created in Magnit VMS 
• Returning onboarding activities and status from ServiceNow back into Magnit’s VMS 

Magnit has expansive experience with integrations in over 80 unique back-office systems, including all major ERPs, PPMs, CRMs, financial systems, purchasing systems, and many other types of client systems. Some of the systems Magnit IO commonly integrates with include Workday, Glider.ai, SharePoint, Oracle, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Lawson, Clarity, Okta, Kronos, and many more.
